Valerie and Jason are a couple of sweethearts. I’ve been looking forward to shooting their wedding at Brookside Equestrian Center for quite some time. Upon our first meeting Valerie explained the detail with which Jason had planned their engagement. He was even able to pull off getting them featured on an episode of Ultimate Surprises!! (Thanks for setting the bar so high for the rest of us Jason….) With that much planning going into the engagement, I knew the wedding details would be nothing short of spectacular! When combined with the amazing staff at Brookside Equestrian, the coordination & catering provided by Rose Wade Events, this was definitely a day to remember. Enjoy the photos!
PS – I recommend watching the video in HD! (Either 720 or 1080 if you have fast internet). But if it’s jumpy 😦 you can adjust the quality for the best playback.
You would never guess that cardboard ‘Just Married’ sign is decades old, but it is! This is the sign Val’s parents used on their wedding day!
Photo-bombed by the pooch… nice…
Grandpa brought along his sweet ride as the getaway car for Jason & Val after the ceremony and for the grand exit at the end of the night. He even put the bows on it himself, what a guy!
No longer with us, but not forgotten. There was a special seat reserved at the ceremony & reception for ‘Pops’ 😦
Oh that? No big deal… Just the doors the groom MADE HIMSELF. Are you kidding me? He also refinished the chairs they sat in at during the reception! Seriously Jason, you’re putting the rest of us to shame man!
Fist bumps for the groomsmen as they come down the aisle. This should be mandatory at all weddings.
Even the cutest flower girls get a little stage fright! Luckily ‘sissy’ was there to make it all better 🙂
No caption necessary. Gorgeous!
The hardest working bubble-blower I’ve ever seen.
Studs & beauties! We were trying to see who had more swagger… I’m not sure who wins.
Close ups of the detail that went into the chairs Jason refinished. Well done my friend. Well done.
Grandpa used to be a dancing fiend, so he decided to treat the family to a little show.
The perfect end to a perfect night!
