She is: creative, talented, sweet, funny, and just plain old fun to be around.
He is: a woodworker, smart, sensitive, and kind.
Jen is an amazing photographer, so it was that much MORE humbling when she asked me to capture her wedding day. So exciting! This is someone I’ve worked with, taken classes with, been in her home, etc. She’s had my home-made cookies for crying out loud! Pressure = on!
Fortunately with a wedding venue as gorgeous as Hurst Ranch, my job was a little easier. Not to mention that Jen has shot over 100 weddings… I think she may have picked up a few ideas along the way because there were boutique touches at every turn! That combined with Tony’s handy wood-making skills to create their ‘LOVE’ centerpiece… it seriously doesn’t get much better.
Well, maybe it DID get a little better. Beverly’s Best Bakery took care of the desserts 😉 Oh-my-goodness… Yea, they’re that good!
Did I mention that Jen took her mother’s wedding dress (the top portion, as seen in the photos) and had it altered become part of her modern day choice? Such a sweet touch.
Without further ado, enjoy the video!
PS – (As always, I recommend changing the quality to 720 or 1080 – It makes the dresses prettier and rings more blingy – trust me.)
PPS – Even though I was shooting video, I couldn’t help but snap a few photos too! Be sure to scroll down to check those out 🙂
Yup, this was my favorite moment of the whole day. Jen read an entry from the journal she kept while dating Tony. Precious!
Tony was kind of happy to get a first look at Jen 🙂
Beverly’s Best Bakery, in the house!
